Is a National youth program  , that prepares national youth leaders and enables them to participate in public policy-making. 

Its idea is to form youth teams, (the youth government team and the youth parliamentary team ) , to follow up public policies within youth visions and ideas, and prepare programs, projects initiatives in all fields The public sector.

The program provide alternatives solutions and proposals in accordance with a youthful program and constructive programs, and seeks to implement them in partnership with the official government and relevant stakeholders of civil society institutions, international institutions and the private sector , through the parallel youth government project and the youth parliament project .
